CORE is not a discounted SPRINT 14. It is a selection programme. If the budget is available, SPRINT 14 is faster and requires no equity.
CORE: an MVP in exchange for a minority stake
A reduced-price SPRINT, €6,000 + 5-10% equity, for 3-4 startups a year selected by DN3. Standard term sheet and access to DN3's network.
$ dn3 core --apply price €6,000 equity 5-10% places 3-4 startups a year contract standard term sheet afterwards access to DN3's network release day 14
Without a technical team, a founder spends capital and months before having a product to test.
| Variable | Hourly vendor | DN3 |
|---|---|---|
| Initial cost | Full development budget, billed by the hour | €6,000 + 5-10% equity |
| Time to MVP | Months | 14 days |
| Alignment | The supplier earns from hours billed | DN3 shares in the outcome through a minority stake |
| Terms | To be negotiated | Standard term sheet |
| After release | End of the engagement | Access to DN3's network |
CORE reduces the cash needed to reach an MVP in production. In return, DN3 takes a minority stake.
