From slides to a product in production in 14 days. Price locked before work starts.
You have the idea, the market and a budget. You need the product to put in front of users and investors. In 14 days it is online, the code is yours, and if it is not, the balance is not due.
An investor will not fund a slide.
A user will not pay for a mockup. Every month spent searching for a technical cofounder or comparing open-ended quotes is a month someone else spends in the market.
Your options, and what they actually cost.
DIY with AI is the right choice for a demo to show three people. Real users, payments and accountability when something breaks bring different requirements. We say this as users of those tools.
Why 14 days is possible.

Scope locked on day 0.
A 60-minute call, a written scope, one price. Anything added later requires a new sprint. This is what makes a fixed price possible.
Parallel agents on a fixed stack.
Multiple agents write frontend, backend, tests and documentation at the same time, on a stack that stays the same across projects. We spend the time building that a team would spend choosing tools.
Human review every day.
Agents produce code, a DN3 engineer approves every merge, every day. Nothing reaches production without human review and passing automated tests.
14 days, 5 stages, 3 approvals from you.
Brief
A 60-minute call. We leave with a written scope, price and release date.
Specification
Screens, data model, flows. You receive a readable document alongside the code.
Build
Parallel agents, daily human review, a preview environment updated every evening for you to open at any time.
Verification
Automated tests, load tests, a session with 5 real users. You receive the report.
Release
Deployment on your domain, analytics running, repository and documentation handed over, a recorded one-hour handover.
Each approval requires your response within 24 hours. This is the only commitment we ask for, and the reason we can commit to the date.
What you have on day 14.
- Web app in production on your domain, installable on the phone like an app (PWA): home-screen icon, full screen, push notifications. No store, no review, no developer account.
- Backend, database, authentication and payments connected and working
- Repository owned by you, with DN3 access revocable from day 14
- Analytics configured with the events that matter to your product
- Test report with 5 real users, including recordings
- Backlog for the next 3 iterations, ranked by impact
- Free to continue with us, another team or on your own
- A recorded one-hour handover, available to watch again at any time

A core flow is a complete path a user takes to get value (for example: registration and onboarding; creating and publishing a listing; checkout and payment). The Estimator helps you count them.
Included: everything listed under "What you have on day 14", daily human review, the agent pipeline and The day-14 rule.
Payment: 50% at start, 50% at release.
The day-14 rule.
If the product is not in production on day 14 with the scope approved on day 0, the remaining 50% is not due. We still complete the work at our own expense.
Applies to delays attributable to DN3. Excludes scope changes, approvals taking longer than 24 hours and third-party service outages (cloud, network, AI providers). Full wording in the terms. Terms
What happens after day 14.
The market responds.
SPRINT+ or STACK, or your own team. The code is already yours.
The market does not respond.
You have spent one sprint. Your remaining year is available for the next decision.
A pivot is needed.
The 3-iteration backlog and your own code let you start again immediately.
Questions founders ask before the call.
You can, and for a demo it is the right approach. We use them ourselves. The problems start with real users: authentication, payments, load, data that must not be lost, and responsibility when something breaks. SPRINT 14 starts where the prototype stops.
Agents write it. A DN3 engineer reviews and approves every merge, every day. Nothing reaches production without human review and passing tests. The repository is yours and you can have anyone review it.
You have three options: SPRINT+ (one feature in 7 days), STACK (one release a week), or continue with another team. The code and documentation are yours, with no obligation to stay.
A 60-minute call on day 0, two approvals of around an hour each, and a one-hour handover. Less than two working days across two weeks.
Yes, as an installable web app (PWA): home-screen icon, full screen, push notifications, running on iPhone and Android from the same code, and online on day 14 with no store and no developer account. Native apps published on the App Store and Google Play are not part of the sprint: store review is outside our control and cannot fit within the day-14 rule. If your product needs native features (advanced camera, Bluetooth, heavy offline use), we tell you on the call.
The first working version of the software, limited to the 3-5 essential flows needed to validate the business model with real users. It is finished software in production, with a database, authentication and integrations. Secondary features that add months of development before launch are left out.
You do, from the first commit. The repository is created in your account and DN3 accesses it as a collaborator. You can revoke access from day 14.
