You have a prototype on Lovable or Bolt. Is it ready for production?
It depends on what you need it to do. Here is the checklist we use. Then you decide.
Production checklist.
Answer yes or no for each item. Each no is a point where the prototype could break with real users.
- 01Authentication and roles
- 02Payments and refunds
- 03Data that must not be lost
- 04Backups
- 05Automated tests
- 06Load with 100 concurrent users
- 07Logs and errors
- 08GDPR and cookies
- 09Domain and deployment
- 10Someone accountable when it breaks

Your prototype becomes the specification.
Visual specification.
We use it as the reference for screens and flows.
Production stack.
We rewrite it on a production stack, with authentication, payments, tests and deployment, in 14 days.
Often in the €10,500 tier.
The scope is already clear, so it often fits the €10,500 tier.
Prototype or product in production.
Why 14 days is possible.

Scope locked on day 0.
A 60-minute call, a written scope, one price. Anything added later requires a new sprint. This is what makes a fixed price possible.
Parallel agents on a fixed stack.
Multiple agents write frontend, backend, tests and documentation at the same time, on a stack that stays the same across projects. We spend the time building that a team would spend choosing tools.
Human review every day.
Agents produce code, a DN3 engineer approves every merge, every day. Nothing reaches production without human review and passing automated tests.
The day-14 rule.
If the product is not in production on day 14 with the scope approved on day 0, the remaining 50% is not due. We still complete the work at our own expense.
Applies to delays attributable to DN3. Excludes scope changes, approvals taking longer than 24 hours and third-party service outages (cloud, network, AI providers). Full wording in the terms. Terms
Bring the prototype link to the call: 60 minutes for scope, price and date.
Book a feasibility callThree frequently asked questions.
You can, and for a demo it is the right approach. We use them ourselves. The problems start with real users: authentication, payments, load, data that must not be lost, and responsibility when something breaks. SPRINT 14 starts where the prototype stops.
Agents write it. A DN3 engineer reviews and approves every merge, every day. Nothing reaches production without human review and passing tests. The repository is yours and you can have anyone review it.
Yes. It remains yours and stays online for as long as you want. We use it as the specification reference; the production product lives in a new repository in your name.
