Data room access terms

1. Scope
The data room provides restricted access to DN3 documents and financial projections. Access is granted at the owner's discretion to professional or qualified investors.
2. Confidentiality
The contents are confidential. Disclosure to third parties, copying of materials and sharing of credentials are prohibited.
3. Documents and projections
The documents serve to evaluate a possible investment. The materials do not constitute an offer to the public or a solicitation of investment. Projections are estimates and may change.
4. Duration and revocation
Access may be revoked at any time. The confidentiality obligation remains in force for 24 months from the last sign-in.
5. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Milan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
