On day 14, the founder has a product to put in front of 5 real users and show to investors and early clients, at a cost known before work begins.

What the founder gets

Three verifiable outcomes on day 14.

[01]

5 real users. A structured testing session on days 11-13, with a report and initial metrics.

[02]

A product to show. A production URL to share with investors and early clients, rather than a mockup.

[03]

No CTO needed to start. DN3 handles specification, development, testing and release. The founder approves at the 3 gates.

How it works

14 days, 5 phases, 3 client approvals.

A pipeline of agents writes the code; a DN3 engineer leads it and is accountable for it. The client brings a one-page brief; on day 14 they receive a product in production that they own.

D0Gate 01

Brief

60-minute feasibility call. Scope is locked in writing.

D1-2Gate 02

Spec

Agents produce PRD, data model, API and flows. The client approves.

D3-10

Build

Parallel agents on a fixed stack. Daily human review.

D11-13Gate 03

QA

Automated tests, load tests and a session with five real users.

D14

Release

Deploy on the client's domain, analytics on, handover of repository and docs.

[01]

Gate 1, D0. Scope locked. Later requests become a new sprint.

[02]

Gate 2, D2. Spec approved by the client. From here the build runs with a daily report.

[03]

Gate 3, D13. The client approves the production release.

What you receive on day 14

The SPRINT deliverables.

  • MVP in production on your domain, as a web app installable on the phone (PWA)
  • Backend, database, authentication and payments connected
  • Repository in your account, with documentation and a deployment pipeline
  • Product analytics active from the first user
  • Report from the testing session with 5 real users
  • Backlog for the next three iterations, with estimates
  • One hour of recorded handover, also useful for a future CTO or team
  • No lock-in: continue with DN3, with your own team or independently
14/14

The day-14 rule. If on day 14 the product is not in production with the scope locked on day 0, the remaining 50% is not owed* and DN3 completes the work at its own expense. Scope is written and signed by both parties on day 0.

Conditions

* The rule does not apply when the delay is not attributable to DN3: scope-change requests during the sprint, client approvals or answers not delivered within the gate timelines, or outages of third-party services outside DN3's control, including AI service providers, cloud platforms and network infrastructure. In such cases the remaining 50% remains due under the contract terms.

FAQ

Founders' questions at the feasibility call.

No. DN3 handles specification, development, testing and release. The founder provides the brief and approvals at the 3 gates. The repository and documentation delivered on day 14 allow a CTO or team to take over later.

The product is in production and owned by the founder. Continue with SPRINT+ (one feature in 7 days for €5,000), with STACK (one release a week for €5,000 a month), or stop.

Yes. The code is in your account from the first commit, with tests, documentation, a deployment pipeline and one hour of recorded handover. There is no obligation to continue with DN3.

60 minutes for the feasibility call, half a day to approve the specification, around 15 minutes a day for the report, and one hour on day 13 to approve the release. Less than two working days over two weeks.

Products that can be described on one page with 3-5 core flows: vertical SaaS, marketplaces, service apps and B2B portals. Hardware, firmware and systems requiring certification before release are excluded.

Feasibility call

Three questions. Then choose a date and time.

The product type is already set to web app or SaaS. The answers help prepare a preliminary scope.
