STACK is for clients who already have an MVP in production with DN3 and want to iterate every week without building a team.

The process

First a SPRINT, then STACK.

[01]

SPRINT, 14 days. MVP in production for €15,000, €20,000 or €25,000, with code, tests and documentation delivered.

[02]

STACK, every week. After the SPRINT, one release a week from a shared backlog for €5,000 a month, paid in advance.

[03]

Requirement. STACK is available only to clients who have completed a SPRINT. The feasibility call starts with the SPRINT or, if it is already complete, the backlog.

How it works

The initial SPRINT: 14 days, 5 phases, 3 client approvals.

A pipeline of agents writes the code; a DN3 engineer leads it and is accountable for it. The client brings a one-page brief; on day 14 they receive a product in production that they own.

D0Gate 01

Brief

60-minute feasibility call. Scope is locked in writing.

D1-2Gate 02

Spec

Agents produce PRD, data model, API and flows. The client approves.

D3-10

Build

Parallel agents on a fixed stack. Daily human review.

D11-13Gate 03

QA

Automated tests, load tests and a session with five real users.

D14

Release

Deploy on the client's domain, analytics on, handover of repository and docs.

[01]

Gate 1, D0. Scope locked. Later requests become a new sprint.

[02]

Gate 2, D2. Spec approved by the client. From here the build runs with a daily report.

[03]

Gate 3, D13. The client approves the production release.

FAQ

Common questions about STACK.

One or more backlog items sized for a week of work: a small feature, improvements, fixes or technical updates. Larger items are split across several weeks or become a SPRINT+.

The backlog is shared with the client, who sets its order. At the start of the week, the release contents are agreed. At the end of the week, they are released to production.

Yes, on 30 days' notice. The fee is monthly, paid in advance.

It remains yours. The code is in your repository from the first commit, with tests and documentation. DN3's access is revoked on cancellation.

Feasibility call

Three questions. Then choose a date and time.
